This role is for someone who can move between polished frontend work, practical backend wiring, product structure, and implementation detail without losing discipline. You would work across FORM, BCS public-site surfaces, internal admin tooling, and adjacent product-family rollout work.
Responsibilities
- - Build and refine product surfaces across FORM, the BCS website, and internal admin tools.
- - Translate practical workflow problems into shippable product improvements.
- - Wire frontend and backend changes without relying on hand-wavy placeholder implementation.
- - Support launch-ready product quality across public pages, operational tooling, and internal workspaces.
What BCS is looking for
- - Strong React and Next.js experience.
- - Comfortable working through database, API, and product-integration details.
- - Able to communicate clearly and make coherent technical tradeoffs.
- - Portfolio or demonstrated product-shipping experience preferred.
