Who is Bratton Creative Solutions and what do we offer?
We are a faith based, family owned and operated software company based out of Fredericksburg, TX.
We offer a wide range of digital tools and services to modernize and streamline operations of large organizations and small business.
Our story:
It all started one day when I(Austin Bratton) was working at an elite country club as the assistant director of facilities. I was using an outdated and buggy CMMS software that didn't quite offer the features that our Organization truly needed.
I have a long creative background in computer animation, software engineering, and general geekiness, so I naturally had the brilliant idea of getting in over my head and attempted to create a product to rival the largest CMMS program in the business.
I started with a simple work order system and from there it quickly spiraled into, "ooh this would be so cool to have." Or, "oh we really need something that can do this." And I eventually, through many painstaking itterations and bug filled disasters, developed FORM.
It went through many alterations and changes as it was battle tested and proven in the field by my own team of very hard to please technicians who had no qualms about trying to break the app every chance they got.
We eventually developed the pool log system, a scheduler tool, and about 10 other tools that set FORM leagues beyond any other current CMMS tool out there. In fact, it's much more than a CMMS now. It is a Framework for Operational Reliability and Management.
That was the birth of our first product, FORM.
My wife(Analicia Bratton) and I founded BCS, LLC in April 2026 and set out for an adventure of a lifetime to spread the joys and comforts of modern operational management softwares across the country.
But that is just the beginning of our story.
